Monitoring Benefit
The Exchange Online OWA Logon status test verifies that Outlook on the web is available to logon from the location where the test is being performed. This monitoring tests also check that the network latency is within an acceptable range.
How do we verify the monitoring test results?
From the ENow web server, open the following URL to follow the instructions on how to sign in to Outlook on the web with the Exchange Online user mailbox:

Common warning or error result(s) and potential solutions to resolve the issue(s).
Adjust the Network Latency threshold settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting:
Server > Monitoring Policy > Thresholds > Microsoft 365 > Exchange Online > Microsoft 365 > OWA Logon Latency
or
Server > Monitoring Policy > Thresholds > Microsoft 365 > Exchange Online > Remote Probes > OWA Logon Latency
or
Server > Monitoring Policy > Thresholds > Microsoft 365 > Exchange Online > Ecloud-Internet > OWA Logon Latency
