The Exchange Online Cloud Mail Flow status test verifies that email is able to be sent and received between an Exchange Online user mailbox and an external email address.
How do we verify the monitoring test results?

For the Cloud Mail Flow and Hybrid Mail Flow monitoring tests from the ENow web server, check the Exchange Online User Mailbox settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Office 365 > Exchange Online > Exchange Online User Mailbox > Verify Credential.
