The Exchange Online Outlook MAPI/HTTP status test verifies that the MAPI over HTTP protocol is available to provide a connection to Outlook for Exchange Online from the location where the test is being performed.

How do we verify the monitoring test results?

From the ENow web server, open the following URL to use the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer:

Follow the above instructions to validate that the Exchange Online user mailbox configured for Outlook MAPI/HTTP status test can connect to Outlook from the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer. For good measure, we recommend testing with another mailbox account known to have a connection to Outlook.
