Purpose
The procedure in this article walks through using the ENow Namespace Site Credential Configuration Utility (commonly called the Namespace Credential Utility) to configure additional test accounts for the Mailscape Namespace tests.
Background
When configuring the namespace test account in the ENow Admin Console, users are limited to entering one set of credentials. Some users may prefer to configure different namespace test accounts based on sites.
The use of multiple namespace accounts requires that each account have the correct permissions to run required tests. See current prerequisites for details on what roles, permissions and privileges are required.
Please note thathe Namespace Site settings must be configured before additional test accounts can be configured using the Utility.
