To configure ServiceNow alerts in the ENow Admin console please perform the steps below
- Open the ENow Admin console and navigate to Server>Tuning Policy>General>ServiceNow Instance Configuration and click the orange button “Configure ServiceNow Instances.”

The window below should display. Please click “Add” to continue.

The window below will display. Please enter your ServiceNow information in the spaces below and click “Test Connection.” When the connection succeeds, please click “Save.” When this window closes, click “Ok.”

To specify which alerts go to ServiceNow, navigate to Server>Monitoring Policy>Alerts>Alerts Configuration. Scroll down to the desired area (for example Exchange Servers) and change the Disposition to “ServiceNow” and check the box. When finished, click “Save.”
