No Data Graph Shown on Mailscape 365 Top Receivers Per Day and Top Senders Per Day reports

Symptoms

The Microsoft 365 Top Receivers Per Day and Top Senders Per Day reports render with no data graph, even though the data table below it is populated.

Cause

A render error affects the graph portion of the report. It occurs on the initial page load only — the underlying data is present and correct, which is why the table populates normally.

Workaround

Force the graph to re-render by changing the report's time period. Select a different option, such as Past 7 days. After that, any period you select — including the default Past 30 days — renders the graph correctly.

Because the data itself is unaffected, figures read from the table are reliable even when the graph is missing.

Fix

A fix for this was scheduled for Mailscape 365 version 7.13.4.

If you are running 7.13.4 or later and still see the graph fail to render on first load, contact ENow Support rather than assuming the workaround is still required — that would indicate a separate issue.
