New Features
Microsoft 365 License Modeler report (18156)
This interactive report was designed to help you prepare for annual licensing events like true-ups and enterprise renewal agreements. The report by default will show you the largest groupings of core base licenses. The groupings can be modified if you wish to sort by Department, Manager, or other fields. Additionally, you can see your current license price and then model new licensing scenarios. The pricing for each license can be adjusted in the report without affecting our suite of reports.
Group Based License Allocation History Report (17283)
This report aggregates and lists out licenses by type and cost that were assigned via Group Based Azure licensing. You can also see how and when a license was provisioned. It is limited to reporting on licenses directly assigned by group-based policy. It provides data in 7, 30, 90, 180, 365 days and year to date.
Licenses Owned Alerting feature (17283)
This feature provides the ability to be alerted when the Licenses Owned Alert value changes in our Subscriptions & Licenses status monitoring feature within the One Look dashboard located under the Office 365 > Configuration indicator. This alerting feature will help your licensing team be proactive and get an alert when certain license types get below a value you define.
This option can be enabled from the Thresholds section of the Monitoring Policy
SharePoint Online Sites without Site Owners (18111)
This report is for gaining visibility into classic SharePoint sites so you can identify sites that might need to be cleaned up and removed from your tenant. This will result in utilizing less storage, reduce your costs and improve your overall security posture.
SharePoint Online Sites without Site Admins (18111)
This report is for gaining visibility into modern SharePoint sites, which would also include sites create by Microsoft Teams. It will help you identify sites that might need to be cleaned up and removed from your tenant. This will result in utilizing less storage, reduce your costs and improve your overall security posture. Please note that this report may be blank if this use case does not exist in your organization. If your tenant is newer, it is more likely you will not have data for this report because Microsoft has now prevented this from happening.
