How do we verify the monitoring test results?

From a browser on the ENow web server, navigate to a URL like the following but is specific to your organization to verify that a display of XML with the service description in the document:

Adjust the Azure AD User settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Office 365 > Directory & Authentication > AD Synced User > Verify Credential.
