Compare the extension attribute of the configured user from Active Directory and from Azure AD to verify they are a match.

Adjust the Azure AD User settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Office 365 > Directory & Authentication > Azure AD User > Verify Credential.
