The Microsoft Entra Authentication test verifies that a test user can authenticate Microsoft 365 using the Microsoft Entra Authentication provider.
How do we verify the monitoring test results?
From the ENow web server, open a browser in private mode and attempt to access the following URL by signing in with the test account:
Common warning or error result(s) and potential solutions to resolve the issue(s).

Adjust the Azure AD User settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Office 365 > Directory & Authentication > Azure AD User > Verify Credential.
