ENow has renamed several products over the years. Older Help Center articles, release notes and support tickets still use the previous names, and so do a number of file paths and service names inside the products themselves. This article maps the old names to the current ones so you can tell at a glance what a given article is about.

These are no longer developed and have no direct replacement. Articles about them are kept for customers still running older installations.

Why you still see the old names inside the product
Renaming a product does not rename what is already installed on disk. The following are identifiers, not product references, and they are correct as-is regardless of which ENow product you are running. Do not change them, and do not be alarmed at finding them on a server running a currently-named product:

MailscapeAgent2007.log - The Active Directory security groups Mailscape Users and Mailscape Admins
- Database and table names
If a support article tells you to recycle MailscapeAppPool on a server running ENow for Active Directory, that instruction is correct — the application pool serves the whole platform.
Searching the Help Center
Both the old and the current names are attached to the relevant articles as search terms, so searching for either will find the same content. An article that still uses a previous name in its title has usually not been revised yet; the product it describes is the one shown in the table above.
