Monitoring Benefit

The OneDrive section contains monitoring information for OneDrive Document Activity and OneDrive Folder Activity. Each of these sub sections will show the monitoring results of OneDrive synthetic transactions that simulate regular user activities.

How do we verify the monitoring test results?

From the ENow web server, open a browser and access the following URL: https://connectivity.office.com/

Follow the instructions to validate that the ENow web server can connect to SharePoint Online.

For the Office-365 and ECLOUD-INTERNET monitoring tests from the ENow web server, check the OneDrive User settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Office 365 > OneDrive > OneDrive User > Verify Credential.

For the Remote Probe monitoring tests from the ENow web server, check the OneDrive User settings by opening the ENow Admin Console and selecting Server > Tuning Policy > Settings > Probe Configuration > Configure Probes… > Default Office 365 Settings > OneDrive > Verify Credential.

Review the results of the Microsoft 365 network connectivity tests. If there is an issue that matches both the remote probe and the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer, then consider the possibility of a server or user configuration issue that is preventing the connection to SharePoint. If there is an issue isolated to the remote probe, consider the possibility of a site configuration issue preventing the connection to SharePoint.
