Why App Governance Accelerator requests Mail.Send

App Governance Accelerator uses automated workflows and delivers system-generated notifications. The Mail.Send permission is required to send automated email notifications from a dedicated, non-human system mailbox. This permission does not allow AppGov to impersonate active users or send email without administrator configuration. Email functionality is disabled by default, restricted to administrator-approved system mail identities, and fully audited to ensure secure and intentional use.
